Story Strolls are monthly, one‑hour adventures geared toward preschoolers and early elementary‑aged children (about ages 4‑8) that combine a story‑reading, a nature walk through Magnolia’s beautiful grounds, and a simple hands‑on activity led by their education, horticulture and ecology staff. Families begin at the Magnolia Workshop (or sometimes the Carriage House) and stroll through the garden, experiencing the story come to life among the plants, ponds, wildlife center, and seasonal scenery. Best of all, the program is included with general admission (and free for members).
