Restaurant: Benny Mazzetto’s

Last week, we gathered a group of families for a casual night out in Summerville, and when it came to feeding a crowd, there was only one obvious choice: Benny Mazzetto’s. Known for their giant New York–style pizzas, Benny’s makes sharing a meal fun and easy.
We ordered three classics — pepperoni, sliced Italian sausage, and cheese — and the pizzas did not disappoint. The slices are enormous (as in bigger than your plate enormous!), so we requested them double-cut, which made it much easier for the little ones to handle. Pro tip: even with a hungry group, we could have ordered less and still had plenty. It’s not just delicious — it’s also a super affordable option when feeding a crowd.
The staff at Benny’s went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable and taken care of, which made the evening even better.
Benny’s is located downtown Summerville right off the square at 111 S. Main Street and is open Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-2am (an awesome late night food option).
One of the perfect Summerville evenings? Grab a giant pizza from Benny Mazzetto’s, let the kids run off their energy in Hutchinson Square, and finish the night with a sweet treat from Simple Treasures Ice Cream. Simple, affordable, and full of small-town charm — nights like these are what make Summerville special.
